What is the shipping & delivery timeline?

All orders require 1-2 business days for production prior to shipping.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates provided by our current shipping provider, USPS. The expected shipping timeline within the US is between 1-5 business days.

Normally, your order of Swim Badges should arrive within a week of placing your order.

How does the refund and exchange process work?

If you don't love your Swim Badge for any reason, simply send it back within 90 days for a full refund. No questions asked—no worries!
